add AX_CREATE_STDINT_H to get correct type definitions for a52dec in
_stdint.h.
* Makefile.am:
remove generated _stdint.h in DISTCLEANFILES
* ext/a52dec/gsta52dec.c:
include _stdint.h for a52dec. (should fix #133064)
