Tim-Philipp Müller c49cdd59ff Clean up LDFLAGS, LIBS, CFLAGS ...

Fix order, fix variables that don't exist, like GST_LIBS_LIBS,
use $(LIBM) instead of -lm, and move _LIBS from LDFLAGS to LIBADD.
