Deserialize socket control messages as GstSocketTimestampMessage only if (level, type) is (SOL_SOCKET, SCM_TIMESTAMPNS). Without this patch, messages with types SCM_RIGHTS or SCM_CREDENTIALS could be deserialized as GstSocketTimestampMessage instead of GUnixFDMessage or GUnixCredentialsMessage from gio.
