* sys/ximage/ximagesink.c: (gst_ximagesink_renegotiate_size),
(gst_ximagesink_handle_xevents), (gst_ximagesink_expose): Reorganizing
the way renegotiation work. The event handling function is not taking
care of external windows and renegotiate method check for pad flags
NEGOTIATING. Should fix : #133209
