Nicolas Dufresne 902f0eb9ea video: Add DMA_DRM mapping for NV12_16L32S / MT2110T / MT2110R ...

This is used on Meditek SoC and Mesa Panfrost [0] has enabled the 8bit variant
with a faster GL shader implementation then ours.
