Diego Nieto 43c9c3a020 debugutils: videocodectestsink: support GRAY8 and GRAY10_LE{16,32} ...

Add support for:
    * GST_VIDEO_FORMAT_GRAY8
    * GST_VIDEO_FORMAT_GRAY10_LE16
    * GST_VIDEO_FORMAT_GRAY10_LE32

These formats are used by Fraunhofer VVC encoder and decoder.
