Add documentation and example code for giostreamsink/giostreamsrc.
* tests/check/pipelines/gio.c: (GST_START_TEST):
Ask the GMemoryOutputStream for the data instead of assuming that
the pointer to the data stayed the same. It could've been realloc'ed.
