Incorporate changes from Tim-Philipp Mueller <t.i.m@orange.net>
to ensure rowstrides are calculated the same way as
ffmpegcolorspace.
Use gst_buffer_stamp instead of copying timestamps manually, so
that we pick up duration and offset also.
