Seungha Yang c484de8d8b gst-rtsp-server: Make test-onvif-client example work on Windows

Use autovideosink instead of hardcoded xvimagesink,
so that platform-default videosink can be picked

gst-rtsp-server is a library on top of GStreamer for building an RTSP server

There are some examples in the examples/ directory and more comprehensive
documentation in docs/README.
