Stéphane Cerveau 619cbca642 openjpegdec: Fix crash with AYUV64 in subframe mode 
Remove useless generic fill_frame methods to use
the packed one for AYUV and AYUV64.

Fix gst-launch-1.0 -v videotestsrc  !
video/x-raw,width=640,height=480,format=AYUV64  !  openjpegenc
num-stripes=8   !  openjpegdec max-threads=8  ! videoconvert !
autovideosink sync=false
