Seungha Yang 51e1834e81 d3d12: Use D3D12_FILTER_MIN_MAG_MIP_LINEAR filter by default
... instead of D3D12_FILTER_MIN_MAG_LINEAR_MIP_POINT, since we supports
mipmap texture now.
