Jan Schmidt 7c2489ca77 check: Fix a couple of tests. ...

The souphttpsrc test wasn't compiling. The soup-misc.h header is needed for
soup_ssl_supported.
Fix the y4menc test to use a 'progressive' header for the test data now that
the element outputs correct interlacing info.
