Seungha Yang 126d6f0815 d3d12screencapturesrc: Add support for HDR capture in DDA mode

Use IDXGIOutput5::DuplicateOutput1() if HDR is enabled.
Note that scRGB color space is not defined in GStreamer,
this element will output SDR tonemapped frame
with linear or reinhard filtering.
