Peter Kjellerstedt 0db32b3b3a meta: Add missing include of gststructure.h ...

This avoids the following error when only including gstmeta.h:

  /usr/include/gstreamer-1.0/gst/gstmeta.h:146:3: error: unknown type
  name 'GstStructure'
