Re-enable the aiff muxer now that gst-plugins-bad 0.10.17 is out
and we can rely on gst-plugins-base from git.

The aiff muxer relies on GstByteWriter API added after 0.10.25. Disable
it for this release.
Revert this commit after gst-plugins-bad 0.10.17
