c2966fce30 fluidsynth: rename to fluiddec 
Rename the fluidsynth plugin to fluidsynthmidi and the decoder
to fluiddec to avoid conflicts with buzztard.

fced457ad4 swfdec: remove 
The swfdec project is dead, and this plugin was
never really useful because of the way swf works.
Remove it before someone accidentally ports it.
