Xavier Claessens	24c34cadec	GstAllocator: Add GST_ALLOCATOR_FLAG_NO_COPY flag ... Detail a bit the intention behind GST_ALLOCATOR_FLAG_CUSTOM_ALLOC, even if implementation does not currently fully follow that usage.
