Revert "typefind: Reduce number of calls to gst_type_find_peek."

This reverts commit c661bfaa991c58f1fbd9fbc0dae90b8b2c27f92b.

This breaks AC-3 typefinding for all cases where the first frame
is at an offset > 0.
